ABIONICA informs the User that when using its Website the processing of the User’s personal data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, as well as any other regulation in force on the protection of personal data.
PURPOSE OF TREATMENT
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you that all data provided by you by any means (Website, e-mail, paper forms, and/or any other document) will be included in a file owned by ABIONICA.
Our website will process the information provided by the user for the following purposes:
- Communications from the user through the contact form: to manage requests, comments, suggestions or requests about our services.
- Commercial Communications: to inform about activities, articles of interest and general information about our services via email, as well as to maintain the contractual relationship, management, administration, information, and service improvement.

And ABIONICA will treat your data and information provided with the strictest confidentiality, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and/or unauthorized access.
The fields of these records are mandatory, being impossible to perform the purposes expressed if these data are not provided.
COMMENTS
When the User leaves comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist in spam detection.
An anonymous string created from the User’s email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if it is being used. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of the User’s comment, the User’s profile image is visible to the public in the context of his comment.
COOKIES
The User who has left a comment on our site may choose to save his/her name, email address and web address in cookies. Failure to provide the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility to subscribe, register or receive information about ABIONICA’s products and services. ABIONICA shall not be liable for any damage or loss that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by ABIONICA, provided that such information comes from sources other than ABIONICA.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
ABIONICA SOLUTIONS will not transfer user data to third parties, except as provided by law. However, in the case of being transferred to a company, information prior to collection would be produced, requesting the express consent of the affected party.
WHERE WE SEND YOUR DATA
Personal data is generally stored within the EU, in the case of comments, requests or requests may be reviewed by an automatic spam detection service.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
The exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition may be requested by the User by e-mail to info@abionica.com or at the address Av. In order to exercise such rights, the User must prove his/her identity to ABIONICA by sending a copy of his/her National Identity Document or any other legally valid means.
COMPUTER SECURITY MEASURES
ABIONICA has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data as set forth in Royal Decree 1720/2007 on Security Measures and other systems, as well as other regulations in force, aimed at preventing the misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided, and therefore ABIONICA shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond ABIONICA’s control, delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the C. D.P.C. (Data Processing Center), in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intromissions beyond ABIONICA’s control.
LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These conditions of use are governed by Spanish law.
Likewise, Abionica and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alicante (Spain).
ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
The User declares to have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the automated processing thereof by ABIONICA in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
ABIONICA reserves the right to modify the privacy policy without prior notice, so this privacy policy should be reviewed periodically. If at any time, as a result of the modifications made, you do not agree with said privacy policy, the user’s data may be canceled or deleted.
